Abstract In the present work we achieve phase transition from β stable hadronic matter to color-flavor locked (CFL) quark with Maxwell construction. The hybrid equation of state (EoS), obtained for different values bag pressure B and gap parameter Δ, have been used compute speed sound in star (HS) matter. structural properties HSs both static rotating conditions calculated light various constraints astrophysical empirical perspectives. effects Δ on EoS investigated. At a certain density, shortly after transition, become unstable. conditions, mass-radius solutions satisfy GW190425, NICER experiment PSR J0030+0451 J0740+6620 massive pulsars like J0348+0432 J0740+6620. rapidly at Kepler frequency, maximum mass secondary component GW190814 that rotational frequency fast B1937+21 J1748−2446ad are all satisfied. slowly universality relations terms normalized moment inertia also hold quite well most our HS configurations.
